Welcome to Hablando. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and outline the general guidelines regarding our classes, policies, and student responsibilities. By accessing or using this website, you agree to the following terms.
Hablando is a language training center based in 801 Latifa Tower, Trade Center, Dubai, UAE, offering in-person and online Spanish lessons for adults. This website serves as an informational platform and does not process payments directly.
By using this website, you agree to use the content only for lawful purposes, not misuse or attempt to interfere with the website's functioning, and not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without prior written consent. All content, including text, images, graphics, and branding, is the property of Hablando and protected by UAE copyright laws.
Classes are delivered face-to-face or online according to availability. Lessons follow Hablando's proprietary methodology, based on real-life communication, small groups of maximum two students, and native teachers. Students must follow the school's guidelines regarding attendance, rescheduling, class behavior, and study materials.
Although payments are not made through this website, payments for monthly plans are processed externally via the methods provided by Hablando (e.g., bank transfer, card link, or payment link). All payments are due before the start of each month or according to the agreed terms with the school.
Students may reschedule their classes in advance according to their plan. Missed lessons without prior notice are considered used and cannot be rescheduled. Late cancellations or no-shows are not refundable or transferable. Partially used monthly plans cannot be refunded. Schedule changes due to work, travel, or personal circumstances do not grant refunds. Pauses may be requested only in exceptional cases and granted at Hablando's discretion.
Hablando follows a strict no-refund policy for monthly-course-classes already paid and started. Refunds are not provided for missed or unused lessons, change of schedule, student travel or relocation, or loss of motivation or personal circumstances. Refunds can only be considered if the school cancels the program, or a major administrative error occurs on our side. Any refund request must be submitted in writing to contact@hablandodubai.com
Hablando organizes cultural and educational events exclusively and free for active students. Events are free unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attendance is voluntary, and Hablando is not responsible for any incident occurring outside its premises or during activities hosted at third-party venues.
Hablando reserves the right to assign different teachers based on availability, rotate teachers to expose students to various Spanish accents, and replace teachers temporarily or permanently when necessary. Students cannot request permanent assignment to a specific teacher.
We collect and store only essential information provided by students. Data is used exclusively for academic and administrative purposes. Hablando does not sell or share personal information with third parties, except when required by UAE law. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
We do our best to ensure all information on this website is accurate. However, Hablando is not responsible for typographical errors, outdated information, or external links or third-party websites. We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Hablando is not liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use this website, loss of data, income, or the results of lessons, or misunderstandings regarding class progression or personal expectations. Students are responsible for attending classes, completing assignments, and communicating any concerns to the school.
